Same bird as yesterday's photograph taken a bit less than a minute later. I like this one of bit better because it's tail feathers are more visible.
Again, the detail in the bird is limited because of the distance the bird was from the camera and the small focal length of the lens used. You can only get some much detail in an object that uses less than 400x300 pixels. At some point I will own a lens with a focal length of at least 500mm. Then my bird photography should really improve. But at this point it's good practice and the results aren't terrible. Canon EOS 10D |
